Responsibilities: Understand, analyze, and clarify project requirements in collaboration with business and technical teams. Suggest feasible technical solutions based on requirements and design software components with high-quality standards. Implement features with the highest quality and ensure timely delivery. Focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Create and implement unit, integration, subsystem, and system-level test cases to validate the features, ensuring reliability and performance. Validate implemented features through rigorous testing and feedback loops, ensuring they meet the functional and non-functional requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, ensuring alignment on technical and functional goals. Required Experience & Skills: A BE/B.Tech , MCA , ME/M.Tech from a reputed university. Minimum 4-7 years of modern web development experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficient in C# , DotNet , DotNet Core , and WebAPI development. Experience with modern web technologies such as Node.js , JavaScript , Angular , HTML5 , and CSS . Familiarity with IaaS and PaaS cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure . Experience with Continuous Delivery (CD) practices such as BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) , TDD (Test-Driven Development) , and working with Azure CI/CD Pipelines . Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns. Knowledge of Web Security concepts such as Encryption , Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) , etc., is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and thrive in an Agile environment , with a passion for learning new technologies and methods. Previous experience with healthcare-related software development is a plus. Comfortable working in a multi-site, global team environment, with experience in typical software development processes and methodologies.
