About the role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , you'll be at the heart of building scalable, high-performance systems that power our platform. You'll work across the entire software development lifecycle — from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring. Your Key Responsibilities: Own the Development Lifecycle: Take full ownership of features — from system design and architecture through deployment, monitoring, and refinement. Build with Purpose: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that meets high standards for performance and scalability. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver impactful features that solve real-world problems. Solve Complex Challenges: Tackle difficult problems in distributed systems, identify performance bottlenecks, and improve system reliability. Lead by Example: Help set technical direction, drive engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers. Architect for Scale: Design and implement microservices-based architectures to support our growing platform. What We're Looking For- We're looking for a highly motivated, hands-on technical contributor with a proven track record of solving complex problems and building robust systems. You'll Bring to the Table: Experience: 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js / NestJS 4+ years of frontend experience with React and/or React Native Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms Understanding of CI/CD pipelines , containerization (e.g., Docker), and infrastructure as code System Architecture: Expertise in building and maintaining microservices and distributed systems Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers , conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural discussions Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you can explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Bonus Points For: Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced tech environments Familiarity with GraphQL or WebSockets Contributions to open-source projects
