We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building the future of AI-driven applications. You'll Make a Difference By: Design & Development: Architecting and developing agentic architectures for generative AI systems, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions. Framework Utilization: Utilizing tools such as Langchain , Langraph , and observability platforms like Langsmith and Langfuse to enhance performance, monitoring, and debugging. Collaboration: Working alongside cross-functional teams to build and deploy generative AI solutions that align with business objectives. RAG Applications: Developing, testing, and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, ensuring they are optimized for high performance and reliability. Evaluation & User Experience: Conducting evaluations of chat applications, analyzing their effectiveness, and improving user engagement. Innovation & Research: Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies, continuously improving your skills and knowledge. Documentation: Ensuring that processes, architectures, and code are documented thoroughly to promote maintainability and knowledge sharing across teams. Required Skills: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python : Strong hands-on experience with Python programming. Frameworks : Hands-on experience with Langchain and Langraph . Observability Tools : Familiarity with Langsmith and Langfuse to monitor and optimize generative AI applications. Machine Learning Deployment : Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments. RAG Applications : Knowledge and experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications and their practical implementation. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in software engineering or related fields. Proven track record of developing and deploying generative AI applications in real-world environments. Experience in evaluating and improving chat applications for performance, functionality, and user engagement. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges in generative AI. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
