Software Architect

Roles and Responsibilities Devise technical solutions based on product or platform requirements and ensure software architecture aligns with business expectations Create architectural concepts and define technical roadmaps in relevant technology areas Contribute to elaboration of software requirements and specifications needed for development Support project planning with effort estimation, identification of integration points, technical risks, and mitigation strategies Ensure testability of designs and support test automation design Participate in feature validation and verification Evaluate tools and technologies, and perform technical prototyping Coach and mentor team members on design approaches, tools, methods, and software quality aspects Provide recommendations for make-or-buy decisions Support the setup of Continuous Integration and DevOps chains Qualification BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech Experience 8+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in an architecture role Required Skills Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and principles Knowledge of medical image processing and distributed architecture development Experience with medical standards like DICOM Hands-on experience in full-stack development and test automation Proficiency in distributed computing and communication paradigms like REST, WebServices Understanding of deployment pipelines, DevOps practices, and related tools Expertise in technologies including C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, NUnit, Moq, REST API Experience with design and code reviews, and integrating components in large systems Solid knowledge of secure software development lifecycle and engineering processes Required Soft Skills and Capabilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication skills and experience working with global stakeholders Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities Ability to work independently and drive initiatives Highly self-motivated and team-oriented
