Senior Backend Developer

As a Senior Backend Developer at our client, a cloud integration and automation products provider, you will play a crucial role in architecting complex scalable systems with a focus on performance, security, and availability. Your primary responsibility will be the implementation of backend coding on a daily basis. Additionally, you will spearhead all inbound and outbound API integrations to create a robust and scalable integration platform in the B2B Retail space. The role also involves architecture, design, and implementation of the entire system to support thousands of customers globally. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the use of microservices where appropriate. - Mentor the team and strike a balance between process and documentation. - Tackle interesting technical challenges in a product-centric and open-source environment. - Uphold a high standard of code quality. - Take ownership of product features from ideation to deployment, testing, and support. - Engage with open source projects and share learnings through blogging. - Contribute to shaping the company's identity. - Receive stock options in line with Silicon Valley standards. Qualifications Required: - Any engineering graduate. - 4 to 10 years of experience in building app architecture. - Proficiency in Algorithmic Design, Architecture, Data structures, OOPS Concepts, serverless architectures, and complex problem-solving. - Knowledge of Full stack CTO. - Prior experience as a backend lead. - Demonstrated ownership and ability to work independently to deliver results.
