Roles & Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. - Define enterprise solution architecture and technical blueprints aligned with business strategy and organizational objectives. - Design and implement SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, Innovation Management, Investment Funding, and Strategic Planning. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand portfolio management processes and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Drive solution architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles. - Design enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party platforms. - Establish platform governance, development standards, security controls, and upgrade-secure implementation practices. - Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. - Mentor architects and developers while promoting ServiceNow development best practices. - Conduct platform health assessments and recommend performance, scalability, and security improvements. - Prepare architecture documents, technical specific .
