Product Manager, Merchant Experience

Job Description: Role Overview: You will be joining Tazapay as a Product Manager for Merchant Experience, responsible for managing the core features of Tazapay's dashboard and APIs. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless user experience for merchants interfacing with Tazapay. Key Responsibilities: - Own and operate the API platform for Tazapay, defining a long-term strategy for extending payin, holding, and payout surfaces. - Craft and execute the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, urgency, business value, and resource constraints. - Collaborate with other Tazapay teams to shape product plans that prioritize delightful experiences. - Ensure the platform's reliability, performance, and API extensibility. - Work with users and cross-functional partners to build a comprehensive payments dashboard experience. - Support the developer community through public Postman collections and integration examples. Qualifications Required: - At least 1-3 years of work experience in fast-paced startups. - Strong intuition for high-performing, ergonomic, and long-lasting API design. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong bias for action and problem-solving skills. - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Proven track record in delivering robust software solutions at scale (preferred). - Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management (preferred). - Ability to understand complex engineering concepts at a deep technical level (preferred). - Experience working on financial products (preferred).
