The ideal candidate will have experience in application modernization, Agile methodologies, and Salesforce implementations. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of both Java-based legacy systems and Salesforce functionality to ensure a smooth transition. Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to define the migration roadmap, business objectives, and functional requirements.Write, refine, and prioritize user stories to ensure smooth development and implementation in Salesforce.Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, and Java application teams to align technical requirements and migration strategies.Manage dependencies between legacy Java components and Salesforce configurations.Define and oversee data migration strategies, API integrations, and platform interoperability.Ensure a seamless transition by mitigating risks, managing scope, and tracking project deliverables.Align with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams, to validate Salesforce functionalities.Analyze burndown charts, sprint velocity, and other Agile metrics to improve team efficiency.Identify and remove roadblocks to facilitate smooth execution of the migration.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, compliance, and governance policies. Required Skills Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Analysis, IT, or a related field.Proven experience in application modernization projects, especially Java to Salesforce migrations.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns.Experience writing and refining user stories for Salesforce development teams.Knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce declarative capabilities is a plus.Familiarity with Java-based applications, APIs, and database structures.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align business and technical teams.Experience working with multi-regional, cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Strong problem-solving and risk management skills to handle migration challenges.Ability to manage dependencies between Salesforce and legacy systems.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Salesforce Administrator, or Platform App Builder) are a plus.
