Software Engineer I

We are looking for a highly driven Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Golang to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable backend systems, writing clean and efficient code, and working in a fast-paced product environment. Exposure to the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang. Build robust and high-performance systems with clean architecture principles. Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless execution. Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Requirements 3-6 years of backend development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Golang. Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Exposure to e-commerce, logistics, or transactional platforms preferred. Good to Have Experience working on high-scale systems. Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes.
