UI / UX Designer

As a product designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and impactful digital experiences by combining beautiful interface design with analytical decision-making. You will have the opportunity to work closely with product and engineering teams, translating complex business requirements into simple user flows and designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with product and engineering teams to design product experiences - Translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user flows - Design wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens - Think deeply about UX, usability, workflows, and user behavior - Improve existing products by identifying friction points and usability gaps - Create clean, modern interfaces with strong attention to visuals, hierarchy, and clarity - Help maintain consistency across the product through reusable patterns and components - Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and product priorities Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in Product Design / UI UX Design - Strong UX thinking and problem-solving ability - Ability to simplify complex workflows and information - Good understanding of interaction design and usability principles - Strong visual design fundamentals for typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and consistency - Ability to communicate design decisions clearly - Strong portfolio demonstrating web/mobile UIs, UX flows, prototypes, and problem-solving ability - Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related fields.
