Position: Lead QA Analyst Job ID: ( BC-Lead QA Analyst-1161) Experience: 8-12 Years Location: Hyderabad Job Summary We are hiring a QA Lead (Job ID: BC-Lead QA Analyst-1161) with 812 years of experience in Automation & Manual Testing to lead quality assurance initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in automation framework development, API automation, database validation, performance testing, and CI/CD integration. This role requires proven experience in leading QA teams, defining test strategies, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software in Agile environments. Exposure to AI-driven testing and modern automation practices will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the QA team by providing technical guidance and promoting QA best practices. Define QA strategy, test plans, estimations, and quality processes across multiple projects. Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases. Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and other automation tools. Develop and execute API automation using REST Assured. Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, System, API, ETL, and Performance Testing. Validate backend services and databases using SQL. Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps tools. Track quality metrics, manage defects, and ensure release readiness. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC. Conduct code reviews, mentor QA engineers, and drive continuous quality improvements. Evaluate and implement AI-assisted testing solutions and intelligent automation practices. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software while maintaining quality standards.
