Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor the QA team by providing technical guidance and promoting QA best practices. - Define QA strategy, test plans, estimations, and quality processes across multiple projects. - Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and other automation tools. - Develop and execute API automation using REST Assured. - Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, System, API, ETL, and Performance Testing. - Validate backend services and databases using SQL. - Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps tools. - Track quality metrics, manage defects, and ensure release readiness. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC. - Conduct code reviews, mentor QA engineers, and drive continuous quality improvements. - Evaluate and implement AI-assisted testing solutions and intelligent automation practices. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software while maintaining quality standards.
