Summary: UST is looking for a Reporting & Analytics Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting, workflow automation, data transformation, and dashboard solutions. The role involves building data pipelines, creating automated jobs, developing reports and analytics dashboards, integrating multiple data sources, and supporting business reporting requirements.

Python + SQL+ Reporting tools exp is mandatory. We are looking for 4 -5 years of experience and the work location is Bangalore.

The Opportunity:

Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders Design and develop operational and management dashboards Create and maintain automated data workflows and scheduled processes Develop data transformation and aggregation logic Build reusable reporting components and datasets Troubleshoot reporting and data quality issues Support production reporting environments Develop drill-down and interactive analytics capabilities Create and maintain technical documentation Perform root cause analysis for reporting failures Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and application teams

What you need: Required Skills: Data & Reporting

Advanced SQL Data modeling Data transformation and data cleansing KPI and metrics development Dashboard development Report design and optimization Data validation and reconciliation

Analytics & Visualization Experience with at least one:

Power BI Tableau Qlik Sense Looker SSRS Grafana

Data Processing & Automation

Workflow design Job scheduling concepts ETL/ELT processes Data ingestion pipelines File-based integrations (CSV, Excel, JSON, XML)

Programming At least one:

Python (preferred) C# Java JavaScript

Database Technologies Experience with:

SQL Server Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL

Integration Skills

REST APIs JSON XML Web services Authentication concept

Desired Skills:

Manufacturing analytics Semiconductor industry experience MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Equipment data analysis Operational reporting Data warehouse concepts Linux/Windows server support Git version control
