About the role
Python + AI Developer (8+ Years Experience)We are looking for a skilled Python + AI Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable Python applications integrated with AI/ML solutions. The candidate will work closely with data scientists, architects, and business teams to deliver intelligent, automation-driven solutions and support enterprise-level applications. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and servicesBuild, train, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world business use casesPerform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysisIntegrate AI/ML models into applications, APIs, and enterprise workflowsWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practicesDebug complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and enhance application performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, DevOps, Business stakeholders)Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and deployment activitiesEnsure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and governance practicesContribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvementRequired SkillsStrong handson experience in Python programmingSolid understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts: Supervised & Unsupervised LearningClassification, Regression, ClusteringExperience working with Python libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learnGood knowledge of data structures and algorithmsExperience with SQL and relational databasesFamiliarity with model evaluation and tuning techniquesGood to Have SkillsExposure to deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorchExperience in: REST API development (Flask / FastAPI / Django)MLOps concepts and deployment workflowsKnowledge of version control systems (Git)Basic/Intermediate exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Experience working with Docker / Kubernetes is a plusEducation QualificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in AI/ML or Python are an added advantageSoft SkillsStrong problemsolving and analytical thinkingGood communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in an agile and fast-paced environmentProactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies .
