Summary: UST is looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst with strong expertise in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Requirement Engineering, and Enterprise Application Delivery . The ideal candidate will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, documenting, and managing business and system requirements while acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Experience in US Healthcare , Healthcare Payer & Claims , Business Process Management (BPM) , and Agile methodologies is highly preferred. The Opportunity: As a Senior System Analyst , you will play a critical role in understanding business needs, translating them into system requirements, and ensuring successful solution delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Key Roles & Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, validate, document, verify, and manage business and system requirements.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, product teams, development teams, and QA teams.

Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

Manage requirements throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Establish and maintain requirements baselines, ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.

Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), use cases, process flows, and system specifications.

Validate delivered solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and acceptance criteria.

Support requirement prioritization, impact analysis, and change management activities.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure enterprise solutions align with business requirements.

Analyze enterprise applications, product capabilities, and business processes to recommend optimal solutions.

Work with enterprise application components including Flows, Activities, User Interfaces, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA Management, Correspondence, Security, Reports, File Listeners, MQ, and Connectors.

Support PRPC implementation activities, including Enterprise Class Structure Design and Ruleset Design.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

What you need: Experience

7+ years of IT experience in Business Analysis and System Analysis.

Strong experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, validation, and management.

Experience delivering enterprise business applications across the complete SDLC.

Experience designing model-driven enterprise applications.

Experience working with multiple business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred experience in US Healthcare , Healthcare Payer , and Claims domain.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
