Strong consulting and client-facing skills. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday functional solutions. Experience in Workday configuration, testing, and support. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience across additional Workday HCM modules. Workday implementation or support project experience. Knowledge of Workday integrations. Exposure to HR business processes and best practices. Experience working in global or enterprise environments. Workday certifications (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Work as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant supporting HR transformation initiatives. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Configure and support Workday HCM modules, primarily Learning, Recruiting, and Time & Absence. Provide functional consulting and recommend best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions. Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
