Lead II - Enterprise Solutions - Kinaxis Architect

Over seven years of experience in supply chain planning, including Mastero systems implementation. Kinaxis Architect (Solution/Technical Architect) drives large-scale supply chain transformations by designing, configuring, and deploying Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions. Key responsibilities include leading blueprint workshops, configuring dashboards and algorithms, ensuring data integration with ERPs (e.g., SAP), and mentoring junior team members. 8–20 years of supply chain planning experience, deep RapidResponse expertise, and strong client-facing skills Proficient in developing Kinaxis workbooks, automations, and customizations, as well as overseeing closed-loop processes. Successfully led technical design initiatives for both inbound and outbound operations. Hold Advanced Kinaxis Authoring (Level 2/3) and Solution Architect certifications. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced project environments. Key Responsibilities: · Solution Design: Create and lead the end-to-end design of Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro applications for demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP. Convert business needs into functional specs and drive solution design/configuration for the CPG industry. · Contribute to design workshops on planning and system capabilities. · Develop technical specs using Kinaxis Rapid Response and SAP Planning platforms, including modules like Supply, Demand, Aggregate Supply, Capacity, and S&OP Planning. · Define scope and enhancements wth cross-functional teams. · Configuration & Optimization: Perform advanced authoring within Kinaxis, including building dashboards, workbooks, scenarios, and managing data workflows. · Support system configuration, data validation, and integration testing. · Troubleshoot issues during implementation. · Advocate for adoption of Maestro Planning processes. · Provide user support during testing, launch, and stabilization. · Work with IT/business teams for post-launch updates. · Serve as Kinaxis subject matter expert and primary contact. · Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams. · Audit current SCJ NA & LATAM implementations and suggest improvements. · Coordinate with SCJ's vendor and CoE, assessing complex enhancements. Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization

Certifications: Active Kinaxis RapidResponse Authoring certifications are strongly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
