Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in SAP LE processes, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Logistics Execution, delivery processing, IDoc monitoring, and production support. The role requires close collaboration with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless warehouse and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Support and manage end-to-end SAP Logistics Execution (LE) processes, including inbound and outbound deliveries. Configure and troubleshoot inbound delivery, outbound delivery, shipping, goods movement, and delivery processing issues. Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to delivery documents, shipment processing, and logistics execution. Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound IDocs, ensuring successful integration with external systems. Perform root cause analysis for failed IDocs and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution. Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, and Transportation teams to resolve logistics-related issues. Support production incidents, service requests, problem management, and system enhancements in line with SLAs. Participate in system testing, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and post-deployment validation. Prepare functional specifications and support custom developments, interfaces, and enhancements. Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides. Ensure timely resolution of critical business issues while maintaining system stability and performance. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP Logistics Execution (LE). Good understanding of inbound delivery and outbound delivery processes. Experience in shipping, goods issue, goods receipt, and delivery processing. Hands-on experience with SAP IDocs, ALE, and interface monitoring. Knowledge of warehouse and logistics integration with SAP SD and MM Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis. Familiarity with SAP transaction codes related to delivery processing and IDoc monitoring. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP LE or SAP S/4HANA Logistics certification is preferred. Experience working in global AMS/Production Support environments. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies is an added advantage.
