Job Description- We are seeking an experienced SAP Order Management (OM) Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), specializing in the end-to-end Order Management lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, billing, IDoc monitoring, interface troubleshooting, and background job management. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to support and enhance SAP Order Management processes. Manage and support the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including sales order creation, delivery, billing, and order fulfillment. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and document flow. Monitor, process, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound IDocs, ensuring seamless integration with external systems. Perform root cause analysis for failed IDocs and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution. Monitor and manage SAP background jobs related to Order Management, Billing, and interfaces. Support billing processes, invoice generation, invoice corrections, and billing-related issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and Integration teams to resolve business issues. Perform incident, problem, and change management activities in line with SLA requirements. Participate in testing activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation. Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments, enhancements, and interfaces. Create and maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.
