About the role
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the business objectives and industry best practices. Define quality goals and track metrics, and guidelines for EPC Solutions. Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to optimize quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance overall performance Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications such as ISO. Establish, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Oversee document control, change management, internal audits, and management reviews. Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance for all activities. Roles and Responsibilities Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards. Hands-on with quality tools and statistical techniques. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
