JD for QA Automation (Marketplace-Navhubs) Job Details: - Position Title : QA Automation Engineer (Marketplace) - Job Location : Bengaluru / Gurgaon / Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai (Hybrid) - Experience : 8+ year Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute product quality strategies across digital journeys and platforms. - Define and maintain App automation frameworks. - Drive AI-assisted testing, test generation and quality engineering innovation. - Manage app release quality processes, sign-offs and release readiness activities. - Act as QA SME for the cluster and provide technical leadership. - Lead cluster activities and governance when required. Conduct MR/PR reviews and approvals. - Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence. - Lead lifecycle integration testing and automation initiatives. - Establish quality KPIs and continuous improvement plans. Collaborate with architects and developers on testability and quality by design. - Understanding of programming principles and best practice (e.g. creating re-usable code, best practice etc) - Own the end to end code quality and code performance KPI s - Proactive monitoring of PROD App. - Drive CI/CD quality optimisations and framework enhancements. - Perform advanced defect analysis and production quality monitoring.
