Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description Overview: We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst cum QA with 6 to 8 years of experience who can bridge business requirements and quality assurance within Salesforce projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, and functional testing across the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications Translate business needs into Salesforce solution requirements Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle Create test scenarios, test cases, and execute functional/UAT testing Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations Support UAT coordination, defect tracking, and release validation Ensure solution quality through end-to-end testing and documentation Who You Are: 6 to 8 years of experience as Business Analyst and QA in Salesforce projects Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and user story documentation Hands-on experience with functional testing, UAT coordination, and defect management Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ADO or similar ALM tools Preferred Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Salesforce certifications (Admin / Business Analyst / Associate) Job Description Overview: We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst cum QA with 6 to 8 years of experience who can bridge business requirements and quality assurance within Salesforce projects.
