SAP EAM & PM Lead

We are looking for a skilled SAP EAM & PM Lead/Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and defining SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules , with a basic understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FICO . Experience in container terminal, shipping, and logistics is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SAP EAM & PM projects , ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas, and optimizing business processes . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP EAM & PM implementations , ensuring alignment with business objectives . Configure and define SAP EAM & PM module settings to meet specific business requirements . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications . Ensure smooth integration between SAP EAM & PM and other modules such as SD, MM, and FICO . Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions in container terminal, shipping, and logistics environments . Utilize knowledge of document management systems and engineering change management to enhance system capabilities . Monitor system performance , identify potential issues , and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal functionality . Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of SAP specialists , fostering professional growth and continuous learning . Maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations and customizations. Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in SAP EAM & PM configuration and management . Strong understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FICO modules . Experience in container terminal, shipping, and logistics business processes . Knowledge of document management systems and engineering change management . Excellent leadership and team management skills . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels . Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment .
