SAP ETL Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate with expertise in ETL processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services 4.0 . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data extraction from various source systems and functional knowledge of core SAP modules . This role also requires proficiency in SAP BW and familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) . As this position supports global operations , candidates must be available for a 2 PM to 11 PM shift . Key Responsibilities ETL Expertise Utilize SAP BusinessObjects Data Services 4.0 to execute efficient ETL processes . Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse source systems , ensuring seamless data integration and consistency . SAP Functional Knowledge Demonstrate an understanding of core SAP business processes across multiple functional areas: SAP FI/CO – Financial Accounting & Controlling SAP MM – Materials Management SAP SD – Sales & Distribution SAP HR – Human Resources Data Management & Reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and optimization during extraction and transformation. Support data modeling and reporting requirements , assisting stakeholders with insights for decision-making. Mandatory Skills Expertise in SAP BW (Business Warehouse) . Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) . Qualifications : 7-10 years of experience in ETL processes and SAP systems . Strong understanding of SAP modules and their business processes . Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Strong communication and documentation skills.
