Agile Systems Engineer

Position: Agile Systems Engineer Location: Raleigh, NC (100% On-Site)

Experience: 7+ years Duration: 12+ Months Citizenship: US Citizen or Green Card Holder Only

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering

• Strong background in electro-mechanical devices, bridging software and hardware solutions

• Proven experience working in agile development, including backlog creation and maintenance

• Familiarity with regulated industries, with solid understanding of compliance and quality assurance processes

• Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail in technical specifications and processes

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Problem Solving: Develop innovative technical solutions to complex software and system challenges while meeting demanding timelines

• Design Reviews: Actively participate in design reviews for components and features, contributing insights to improve functionality and user experience

• Agile Execution: Plan, estimate, and execute tasks within agile frameworks to ensure timely and efficient project delivery

• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all work adheres to development processes, regulatory requirements, and quality systems, particularly in healthcare-related solutions
