Position: Clinical Trial Data Analyst Location: Princeton, NJ (100% Remote) Citizenship: Open to All Duration: 12+ Months

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Data Analyst with a strong background in supporting the feasibility, design, and analytics of clinical trial operations. The ideal candidate brings over five years of relevant experience in the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of clinical trial design , execution, and regulatory standards .
This individual should have a solid technical foundation in data science, engineering, computer science, statistics, or machine learning —a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred, though significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu. The candidate must demonstrate hands-on expertise with Python and SQL , along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills , enabling them to analyze complex data sets, develop models, and present actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is well-versed in real-world data sources such as Medical Claims and Electronic Health Records , and has experience working with clinical trial databases like Citeline. A key requirement is the ability to perform site selection analytics , study feasibility , and performance analytics , including the use of Monte Carlo simulations to assess scenarios involving multiple variables.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent practical experience)
5+ years of experience in clinical trial analytics, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical company
Strong understanding of clinical trial design, operations, and regulatory requirements
Proven ability in study feasibility , site selection analytics , and performance tracking
Expert-level proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting and presentations
Advanced Python and SQL skills for data aggregation, analysis, and modeling
Experience using Monte Carlo simulations to assess multivariable outcomes
Familiarity with real-world data (e.g., Medical Claims, EHRs)
Experience with clinical trial databases such as Citeline (preferred)
