About the role
Position Title: Healthcare Data Analytics Location: 100% Remote
Experience: 6 - 8 Years Contract: 12+ Months (possible extension)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Data Analytics & Operations Consultant within Medical Affairs + Health Impact. This role focuses on data analytics, visualization, and operational support , with a strong emphasis on Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, and dashboard creation . The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive healthcare education, payer strategy, and medical outcomes initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Field Analytics
Provide KPI reporting, channel segmentation, and custom reporting for leadership and MPS teams.
Build and maintain account lists, product launch trackers, activity reporting, dashboards, and pull-through activities.
Collaborate with Market Analytics & BI (MABI), Field Planning & Analytics (FP&A), and Medical Engagement to develop dashboards for impact storytelling.
Support omnichannel engagement, account prioritization, and medical payer strategy tracking.
Improve database management solutions, including automation and data reconciliation across platforms.
Field Operations
Support processes including product training, conference logistics, resource management, and approvals of objectives and tactics.
Partner with Medical Engagement and Medical Program Management teams to ensure operational excellence.
Provide systems support for Veeva, Teams, OneNote, MIG, MOSL Playbooks, and related platforms.
Act as point of contact for syndicated reporting vendors (HIRC, IPD Analytics, Eversana, etc).
Evidentiary Solutions
Support Customer Research Partnerships (CRPs) and Customized Payer Analytics (CPAs).
Provide tailored analysis and support payer data acquisition in partnership with Value & Evidence (RWE) teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree in health sciences preferred).

Must-have: Pharma or healthcare industry experience.

Proven expertise in Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Veeva, OneNote and dashboard creation.

Experience in data analytics, visualization, and operations (no SQL, R, or Python required).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Knowledge of FDA, OIG, HIPAA guidelines preferred.
Role Focus
80% Data Analytics & Visualization – Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, dashboards, reporting.
20% Communication & Strategy – Educating teams, supporting payer strategy, presenting insights.
