Civil Engineer (Site Engineer/Supervisor)

Job Title: Civil Engineer - Site Engineer/Supervisor Location: Chennai Salary Range: 25,000 – 27,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in site supervision. The role involves managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and assisting in the successful execution of civil projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor and manage manpower, materials, and equipment at the site. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders for smooth progress. Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress updates, and documentation. Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges. Requirements: Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: 2 to 4 years in site supervision or related roles .Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, quality standards, and safety regulations .Good communication and coordination skills .Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure .
