Application Engineer - Tier 2

Key Responsibilities Collaborate on software development projects with engineering, sales, and customer services teams . Liaise with clients to incorporate user-defined needs and feedback into application designs. Write, install, maintain, and test code/scripts for applications. Provide technical support to clients and troubleshoot application issues. Optimize applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades . Contribute to sales presentations by demonstrating prototypes and completed applications. Perform diagnostic tests, debugging, and code improvements . Generate innovative software ideas based on market trends . Document development processes, procedures, and application version histories. Maintain excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
