Should have done to end to end implementation for the two of the below modules Talent Management (Goal, Performance, Career development, Succession planning, Talent review) Fusion Learn Fusion ORC Should have good communication and presentation skills Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation Qualification: BE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain.
