Zscaler Implementation & Deployment Implement and configure: Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) Configure policies for: Web filtering SSL inspection • Threat protection Data protection Application access control Deploy Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) across enterprise endpoints. • Network & Security Integration Integrate Zscaler with: Identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) Enterprise SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) Endpoint security platforms (CrowdStrike, Defender) CASB solutions Configure SAML authentication, MFA integration, and identity-based access policies. • Implement microsegmentation and application segmentation policies. Zero Trust Implementation Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) for enterprise users. Replace legacy VPN architectures with Zscaler ZPA. • Design policies for least privilege access and continuous authentication. Implement secure access for: Remote workforce Third-party vendors Internal applications Cloud applications. Cloud & Application Security Secure access to applications hosted in: AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Private Data Centers Configure application segmentation and secure application connectors. Protect SaaS applications using Zscaler security capabilities. • Migration & Transformation Programs Lead migration from legacy VPN and secure web gateways (SWG) to Zscaler. Develop migration strategy and rollout plans. • Conduct pilot deployments and phased migration programs. • Define rollback and contingency plans. • Monitoring, Optimization & Troubleshooting Monitor Zscaler performance using ZDX and analytics dashboards. • Troubleshoot issues related to: SSL inspection Application access Policy conflicts Latency or connectivity Optimize policies for performance and security. Automation & API Integration Automate configuration and policy deployment using: Zscaler APIs Terraform Python scripts Infrastructure as Code tools Integrate Zscaler logs with security platforms for automated incident response.
