Functional Tester

Requirements Must Have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on testing software applications in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, particularly in Personal Lines.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing techniques, and best practices.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.Solid knowledge of test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Rally or similar.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with keen diligence.Experience working in Agile environment following Onsite Offshore mode.Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.Good to Have: Any Automation tools like Selenium/UFT with hands on experienceRelevant certifications such as ISTQB, INS 21/24 or Agile certifications are desirable. .
