Java Technical Lead

We are seeking a Java Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership abilities to drive the development of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, and frameworks like Struts or Spring , along with web technologies and Agile methodologies . Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis & Design: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design application interfaces . Develop solution architecture , including application, integration, and data architecture. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, or Spring framework . Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and multi-browser web development . Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC processes. Expertise in developing distributed Java applications . Project & Team Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Take complete ownership of projects and exhibit leadership qualities. Ensure on-time delivery of mission-critical projects. Client Interaction & Business Understanding: Strong experience in working directly with clients and understanding business processes . Ability to work on on-site projects when required. Desired Skills: Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills. Strong team management & mentoring abilities.
