SAP ABAP Lead Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Lead Consultant to take ownership of SAP ABAP development and lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP v4.7, hands-on experience with SD, CRM, and MM modules, and a strong ability to interact with clients in a consulting role . Key Responsibilities: SAP ABAP Development & Implementation: Lead SAP ABAP development efforts, ensuring high-quality coding and best practices. Work on SAP v4.7, with hands-on experience in 1-2+ full implementation cycles relevant to SD, CRM, and MM modules. Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules and business processes. Team Leadership & Client Interaction: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the ABAP development team. Work closely with clients to understand requirements, provide quick solutions, and ensure project success. Experience in onsite/client-side delivery models is a plus. Documentation & Communication: Prepare and review technical documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and gain approvals. Maintain clear and candid communication with clients and team members. Additional Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
