Should have hands on experience in interacting with client and understanding the requirements and design, development and implement PS HCM.9.1 Should have hands on experience in PeopleSoft HCM Should have hands on exp in People Tools and App Engines Strong functional Knowledge in PeopleSoft Global payroll, base benefits, training, UPK us highly desirable. Must be able to read SQR programs and note issues Hands on experience in delivering mission critical projects to demanding customers Must have hands on experience in interacted with customers to deliver projects Hands on experience in creating dynamic prompts in Peoplesoft Hands on experience in Syntax, Passing Values, etc., in Application Engine Hands on experience in Component Variable and Global variable Knowledge in PS HCM HR experience including table configuration Very sound team building and people skills Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts and Very sound mentoring skills
