Storage Administrator

Should be experienced in at least two or more systems like EMC, Netapp, HP and IBM Should be strong in Installation Configuration of Storage device remotely Experience in providing remote support to the Customers. Experience in Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Storage device and applications Experience in Backup and Restore Operations. Experience in Coordinating with manufacturer with respect to escalated issue and performing Experience in troubleshooting with TAC Engineers. Needs to be hands on with technical skills Strong verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Should be ready to work in Shifts Certification in EMC proven professional is desirable Certification in EMC Information Storage and Management (EMCPA) is desirable Certification in HPUX is desirable Certification in System Administration is desirable Certification in IBM Certified Specialist is desirable
