Sailpoint Business Analyst

As an IDAM Business Analyst at one of the Big 4 companies, your role will involve supporting FCI in constructing and refining user stories based on end-user requirements and facilitating Agile delivery across IAM initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Construct and refine user stories based on end-user requirements - Assist Scrum Masters with user story refinement and estimation using JIRA - Support business and technical stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities across Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Privileged Access Management - Ensure IAM governance structures comply with defined policies and standards - Ensure IAM core capabilities, operations, business usage, and application integrations adhere to governance frameworks - Produce analytical reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing - Identify patterns, discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement and support solution development Qualifications Required: - Experience with SailPoint - Proficiency in any scripting language - Experience in application onboarding - Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDAM) - Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology - Proficiency in JIRA - Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills This is a contract position based in Bangalore with a CTC ranging from 15LPA to 17LPA, and the initial contract duration is for 1 year, extendable based on performance.
