Business Systems Analyst

This virtual global position will support Concur COMPLEAT, a robust quality assurance system that automates file-finishing, reduces PNR processing time, ensures reservation accuracy and does Auto-ticketing. Concur COMPLEAT drives revenue, automates processes and eliminates manual tasks. COMPLEAT is a product of Concur.It supports multiple global distribution systems and is fully integrated with GBT existing front- and back-office systems and support exporting data to third-party tools.The expectation for this role will be ensuring effective, timely and high-quality maintenance and development of the automation portfolio on the global level for GBT.The objective of the role is to support the Travelport + migrationQualifications : Primary skills: Good knowledge of GDSMinimum of 5 years of Business Travel experience required.Project management (Internal COMPLEAT projects & Re-engineering & Partner initiatives/projects).Prior experience working with COMPLEAT/Robotics or analyst preferred.Data-drivenSkills: Minimum of 3 years of Business Travel experience requiredGood understanding of online as well as offline businessGood knowledge of GDS (Travelport/Galileo)Prior experience working with COMPLEAT/automation travel systems or business analyst preferredAbility to identify underlying issues instead of symptoms reported by usersStrong skill in tracking and managing own workData drivenAbility to create, update and analyze metricsProvide root cause analysis for problems, identify and implement fixesGood interpersonal skills to guide and influence cross-functional teamsBe comfortable with working in a metrics and SLA driven environmentProject management disciplinesProblem management consultingMain Activities: Troubleshooting Identify root cause and develop solutions within a timely mannerDevelopment provide development support during projects and/or product enhancementsWrite COMPLEAT development requirements, Design & Build solutions .
