About the role
Assist in configuring and customizing the eClinical EHR solution to meet organizational needs. Provide front-line support to clinical staff and end-users, addressing inquiries and issues. Maintain data integrity within the eClinical system by ensuring accurate appointment data capture and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with healthcare providers to analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports from the eClinical system and analyze data to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and Meaningful Use (MIPS/MACRA). Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in eClinical solutions or related fields. In-depth expertise in eClinical's EHR Solution and at least one other eClinical module. Experience with older versions of the eClinical EHR is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and IT teams.
