About The Job: Experience: 9 12 Years We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AIOps Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing intelligent monitoring, event correlation, automated remediation, and service health solutions while enabling proactive IT operations and operational excellence. Essential Job Functions: Design, implement, and support ServiceNow AIOps solutions across enterprise environments. Configure and manage ServiceNow Event Management capabilities including event ingestion, correlation, alert processing, and noise reduction. Implement and support: Event Management Health Log Analytics (HLA) Metric Intelligence (MI) Agent Client Collector (Client) Machine Learning-based Anomaly Detection Design AIOps architecture, service health models, dashboards, monitoring strategies, and data flows. Integrate monitoring and observability platforms with ServiceNow using: Out-of-the-Box Connectors REST APIs SNMP Traps Custom Integrations Configure alert correlation rules, event aggregation logic, noise reduction policies, and service impact models. Design and implement ServiceNow Orchestration workflows and automation packs. Identify and develop automated remediation use cases for recurring operational incidents. Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Monitoring, and ITSM teams to deliver end-to-end AIOps solutions. Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution design discussions, and architecture reviews. Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, testing documents, and knowledge transfer materials. Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of ServiceNow AIOps implementations. Drive operational improvements through predictive monitoring, intelligent alerting, and automation strategies. Qualifications: Required Skills Experience 9 12 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps. Strong understanding of: ServiceNow AIOps Event Management Health Log Analytics (HLA) Metric Intelligence (MI) Agent Client Collector (Client) Machine Learning-based Anomaly Detection Hands-on experience integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow using: OOTB Connectors REST APIs SNMP Traps Custom Integrations Experience designing: Service Health Models AIOps Architectures Operational Dashboards Correlation Engines Alert Management Frameworks Strong expertise in alert correlation, event management, noise reduction, and service impact analysis. Experience implementing ServiceNow Orchestration and Automation Workflows. Hands-on experience developing remediation workflows and automated operational responses. Strong ServiceNow scripting expertise using JavaScript. Working knowledge of: Python Shell Scripting PowerShell Good understanding of cloud platforms: AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations Management practices. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
