Application Developer

Job Description:

As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for managing application performance, leading upgrades and integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our applications align with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement software solutions to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Participate in code reviews, refactoring efforts, and technical discussions to improve codebase quality, performance, and maintainability.

Integrate new software functionalities with existing systems.

Conduct regular performance assessments and implement tuning strategies.

Track application KPIs such as uptime, response time, and user satisfaction.

Stays updated with technology changes and proactively expands knowledge and skill sets in relevant areas.

Skills Required

• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to estimate and prioritize tasks accurately.

• Proficient in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including: analysis, design, coding, testing, and support.

• Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• 2+ years of Experience with web services and RESTful APIs, database management systems and SQL.
