Data Analyst

Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst you will work with large datasets to identify trends, create visualizations and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work with business teams to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and checks.

Formulate test plans, scripts and enable user acceptance testing.

Collaborate with retail pod team, assisting them through FDM developing reports utilizing Python, SQL and spark etc., automate day-to-day reports and associate extensively with the ad-hoc requests.

Participate on project teams to develop new reporting and analysis tools and workflows.

Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and presentations.

Upskill in AI-ML to start taking up small ML model development work.

Required Skills:

Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and technologies.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving skill.

Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

2–3 years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
