Director - IT M&A

Job Title: IT M&A Consultant / Director Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR Experience: 10+ years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced professional in IT Mergers & Acquisitions (IT M&A) to lead technology due diligence, integration, and separation projects. The role requires strong expertise in IT strategy, postmerger integration, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on domestic consulting engagements. Key Responsibilities Conduct Technology/IT Due Diligence for buyside and sellside transactions. Lead PostMerger Integration (PMI), IT Integration, IT Separation, and Carveout projects. Manage Transition Service Agreements (TSA), Day 1 Readiness, and IT Operating Model design. Assess Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Applications, Cloud & Data Center Migration, and Cybersecurity risks. Collaborate with consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment of business and IT objectives. Provide strategic input on IT cost optimization, scalability, and digital transformation. Deliver highquality reports, recommendations, and presentations to CXOs and deal teams. Candidate Profile Experience: 10+ years in IT M&A, technology advisory, or consulting. Domain Expertise: IT due diligence, enterprise architecture, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and IT operating models. Consulting Background: Prior experience with consulting firms is preferred. Mandatory: Domestic consulting experience with Indian corporates. Optional: GCC experience considered if aligned with Indian consulting clients. Skills: Strong stakeholder management, clientfacing communication, and leadership abilities.
