Hiring: SharePoint Designer (SharePoint Online) | Hyderabad | US Shift Location Hyderabad Shift US Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST) Experience 15 Years About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented SharePoint Designer to join our Global Design Support team. In this role, you will transform content from Word documents, PDFs, and written briefs into visually appealing, user-friendly SharePoint Online sites and pages while ensuring brand consistency and an exceptional user experience. If you have hands-on experience with Modern SharePoint Online , a good understanding of HTML/CSS , and enjoy combining design with technology, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Design and build modern SharePoint Online pages, communication sites, team sites, and intranet portals. Convert content from Word documents, PDFs, and other source materials into engaging SharePoint experiences. Apply branding guidelines including colors, typography, logos, and imagery across SharePoint sites. Configure SharePoint web parts, layouts, navigation, and page structures. Perform light front-end customization using HTML, CSS, basic SPFx, and JSON formatting. Organize content through intuitive information architecture and navigation. Ensure responsive, accessible (WCAG-aware), and high-quality page designs. Collaborate with design managers, team leads, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time. Maintain reusable templates, design assets, and documentation following governance standards. Perform quality checks before publishing to ensure consistency and accuracy. Required Skills 15 years of experience with Modern SharePoint Online Strong knowledge of: SharePoint Online (Pages, Sites, Web Parts, Theming) HTML & CSS Basic SharePoint Framework (SPFx) JSON formatting Experience creating visually appealing SharePoint pages and intranet sites. Strong attention to detail and understanding of page layouts and branding. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working on Apple Mac (macOS) . Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. Good to Have Microsoft PowerPoint Adobe Creative Suite Figma Accessibility (WCAG) knowledge Educational Qualification Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). What We're Looking For Strong visual design sense with technical SharePoint capabilities. Ability to interpret written content and convert it into engaging digital experiences. Collaborative team player with excellent time management skills. Comfortable working in US Shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST) as part of a global team.
