About the role
Key Responsibilities: Conduct first article inspection , in-process control , and implement control plans for CNC & VMC processes. Perform roving audits and process audits . Monitor CNC machining yield and drive continuous improvements through tools like FMEA, SPC, PPAP. Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, customer complaints , and execute CAPA using 8D and RCA methods. Improve process capability and implement defect reduction plans. Perform cosmetic inspection , ARR , GRR , and machine part analysis. Ensure quality control of CNC & VMC machined parts . Coordinate and support internal, supplier, and customer audits . Candidate Profile: Experience & Background: 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machining processes . Strong technical understanding and practical exposure to machining quality control . Qualifications: Diploma + Part-Time BE / Full-Time BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering. Valid Passport is mandatory.
