Role Description The Agentic AI Revenue Cycle Management role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on applying AI-driven tools and workflows across the revenue cycle to improve accuracy, speed, and financial outcomes for healthcare clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing revenue cycle data, configuring and monitoring AI models and automation rules, and identifying process bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, analytics, technology, and client-facing stakeholders to design and refine agentic AI solutions. The individual will document processes, support implementation, track performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations that enhance cash flow, minimize denials, and reduce manual effort.
