Job Description – DevOps Engineer / Lead DevOps Engineer Location: Trivandrum / Kochi Notice Period: Immediate joiners only Open Roles DevOps Engineer Experience: 3–5 years (Relevant 3+ years mandatory) Skills: Azure (mandatory), AWS, CI/CD, DevOps tools Lead DevOps Engineer Experience: 6+ years (Relevant 5+ years mandatory) Skills: Azure (mandatory), AWS, CI/CD, DevOps tools Role Overview We are seeking skilled Cloud / DevOps Engineers with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our technology team. You will be responsible for: Designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines Automating infrastructure provisioning with IaC (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) Implementing DevSecOps practices Driving cloud adoption (Azure-focused, with AWS/GCP exposure) The role requires hands-on engineering plus close collaboration with development, operations, and security teams. Key Responsibilities Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) Publish and disseminate CICD best practices, patterns, and reusable solutions Design, configure, and manage Azure infrastructure (mandatory), with exposure to AWS/GCP Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) – Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, CloudFormation Deploy and manage Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and availability of cloud-based systems Embed security and compliance within CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps best practices) Troubleshoot and resolve incidents/issues in CI/CD and cloud infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Ops, Security, QA) Participate in bridge calls for production issues & ensure SLA/OLA adherence Align with SDLC processes and ITIL-based service management principles Skills & Competencies Mandatory Expertise in Azure (core requirement) Strong in CI/CD pipeline development and automation Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) Good knowledge of Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Jira Monitoring & Observability (CloudWatch, ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Nagios, Zabbix) DevSecOps security (API security, Container Security, Azure Security) Good to Have AWS/GCP knowledge Experience with Artifactory, Black Duck, Render cloud platform Exposure to API Security, Container Security, and Compliance standards Ideal Candidate Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication & collaboration skills Capable of mentoring and leading DevOps best practices (for Lead role) Adheres to Information Security Management policies
