About the role
Position: Full Stack Developer (React + Node + Python) Experience: 5–7 years Openings: 1 Budget: 10–14 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Work Mode: Remote Interview Process: Client Interview Working Hours: Normal business hours, with overlap support for client calls between 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM (IST) (and 9:30 PM – 10:30 PM during daylight saving time) Key Technical Skills Mandatory: Frontend: React.js (strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks) Backend: Node.js, Python (scripting & backend integration) Architecture: Understanding of microservices and scalable applications Preferred: Vue.js (the current project is being migrated from Vue to React) Webpack, ES6+, npm/yarn Authentication: JWT, OAuth2 API Handling: REST APIs, data transformations, pagination Unit Testing: Writing and maintaining testable code Version Control & Package Management: npm, yarn, package.json Good to Have: Backend Frameworks: Express, Loopback Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL familiarity Basic PHP Knowledge: (For support on Totara platform) CSS/Less concepts Basic JavaScript fundamentals: Promises, array operations, etc. Understanding of API security, authorization concepts Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in an agile, cross-functional environment
