Solution Architect - Full Stack

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect with 13+ years of experience and specialized skills in Java and Microservices architecture, your main responsibility will be to design and lead end-to-end enterprise solutions. You will play a crucial role in providing technical leadership and promoting cloud-native and DevOps best practices within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Design and define end-to-end solution architecture using Java and Microservices. - Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution blueprints. - Drive microservices design, API contracts, and integration patterns. - Define and govern RESTful API standards. - Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code/architecture reviews. - Ensure non-functional requirements (scalability, performance, availability, security). - Support DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native adoption. - Ensure production-ready logging, monitoring, and observability across environments. - Identify risks, perform PoCs, estimations, and support client-facing discussions. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years industry experience with 3+ years as an Architect. - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot / Node.js, Microservices. - Frontend exposure: Angular / React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases. - Strong leadership, communication, estimation, and documentation skills. - Hands-on experience ensuring logging & monitoring in Production and lower environments. - Experience with OMS implementations (Retail) is a plus. Additional Company Details (if present): The company is located in Bangalore (Bommanahalli), Kochi, Trivandrum, Tamil Nadu. The work model is hybrid with 3 days working from office (WFO), and the notice period required is immediate.
