Production Engineering

Description We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Production Engineer. This role involves assisting in the design and optimization of production processes to enhance efficiency and quality in our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement production processes. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure efficiency and quality. Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize production methods. Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in production engineering. Assist in the development of production schedules and capacity planning. Maintain documentation related to production processes and standards. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
